Enterprise Park Comprehensive Energy Monitoring and Management System
The Enterprise Park Comprehensive Energy Monitoring and Management System is built based on cloud computing, the Internet of Things and advanced smart energy consumption management technologies. It realizes the automatic collection, transmission and analysis of energy data through the flexible access of smart terminal data. The system collects the energy data of cooling, heating, electricity, hydrogen, water and other energy data in the park as well as the equipment operation status data on a unified monitoring platform. At the same time, it combines professional energy data processing algorithms to display the statistical information of multiple types of energy in the park, and conducts multi-level in-depth analysis to tap the energy-saving potential and handle energy consumption alarms in real time.
Main functions and characteristics

1 Energy consumption data collection

* Supports multi-device and multi-protocol access such as electric meters, steam flow meters, electromagnetic flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, etc.; automatic energy consumption data collection, the collection frequency can be configured as needed, the default is once an hour. The configuration of relevant collection data can be completed easily;

* Supports cooling capacity calculation based on flow and temperature, and the maximum collection frequency of relevant data shall not be less than 1 minute each time.


2 Energy consumption data display

* The system displays the basic information of the selected workshop, energy consumption comparison of each category, hourly trend of the day, daily trend of the month and peak and valley time period energy consumption chart. Energy types can be selected as electricity, water, steam and other energy types. Statistics and display the energy consumption comparison of each shift in the workshop;

* The system classifies and counts the collected energy consumption data, with energy consumption data of regions, factories, departments, workshops, shifts and other dimensions as the vertical axis and hours, days, months, years and other dimensions as the horizontal axis to form a data curve, intuitively showing the energy consumption trend to users;

* The system classifies and counts the collected energy consumption data, analyzes the energy consumption proportion from the perspectives of regions, factories, departments, workshops, shifts and other dimensions, and displays the energy consumption distribution chart.


3 Energy consumption analysis

* Abnormal analysis: The system analyzes energy consumption data, records abnormal energy consumption and warns users;

* Energy flow: Visually display the current energy consumption flow through graphics;

* Loss analysis: Analyze and display the energy loss on each line on the energy flow diagram.


4 Security Monitoring

* Alarm plan management: The system provides alarm plan configuration function, which configures the processing method after the device generates alarm information (notify the relevant responsible person by SMS or phone call), and users can configure it as needed;

* Alarm threshold setting: The system can remotely configure the event trigger conditions in the device, such as overvoltage, overcurrent and other events;

* Real-time monitoring: The system monitors the alarm information generated by the device in real time, issues alarm prompts on the system interface, and notifies the relevant responsible person through the configured alarm plan.


5 Energy efficiency KPI

* Based on the input electricity consumption standard value and the monthly output (or obtained through the interface with the enterprise ERP or MES system), automatically calculate whether the energy consumption KPI of each department in the company exceeds the limit, calculate the percentage of the standard value, and use it as the basis for the enterprise to assess the energy consumption KPI of each department;

* Push early warning information to departments with KPI exceeding the limit.


6 Energy consumption cost report

* The system can set the energy consumption unit price and display the daily, monthly and annual energy consumption bills in the form of reports.


7 Equipment Management

* Equipment file management: Maintain the file information of water, electricity, gas, heat and other meter equipment, electromagnetic flowmeter, thermometer and other energy consumption monitoring equipment. Users can select one or more equipment as needed;

* Daily operation and maintenance management of equipment, including monitoring equipment alarm fault information, online status and data collection status.
